Updated Product Donation Process

Thank you for supporting the students and teachers in our community. We have made some changes to our product donation process due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our goals with the new process are to keep everyone safe and to make sure that the supplies donated by you and other generous members of our community can help support local children, teachers and classrooms.

How we plan to keep everyone safe: Product donations will be by appointment to reduce the number of donors that are on-site at any given time. This also means you will not have to wait in any lines. For now (May), times are Monday – Friday 9:30am – 2:00pm.

  • Schoolhouse Supplies staff will be wearing masks

  • Staff will keep a six feet distance from you and each other at all times.

  • All surfaces will be wiped down with disinfectant before and after each donation.

If you have a product donation, please schedule an appointment here.

Please note:

  • We ask that you bring your donation in containers that you can leave at Schoolhouse Supplies. With our goal of reduced contact and due to a lack of boxes on site, we will not have containers available. Examples of containers: boxes, paper bags, plastic containers, etc.

  • We will not be able to help you unload your vehicle. Please make sure that you or someone that you bring with you will be able to unload your car.
