PPS K-12 classroom teachers once again have the opportunity to visit the Free Store for Teachers on a Saturday – April 9, 2016 10:00 am – 1:00 pm, thanks to our partners at PEMCO Insurance.
PEMCO Saturday Shopping days in 2015 were a popular option for teachers who otherwise could not make it to the Free Store. During the most recent PEMCO Saturday Shop in November, teachers from 40 different schools and programs joined Pencil Pete and the PEMCO team for a fun shopping experience.
Schoolhouse Supplies is fortunate to have amazing partners like PEMCO. This school year, PEMCO is providing support for special programs that would not otherwise be available to Portland teachers: Saturday Shopping, new teacher supply kits, and a Mobile Free Store for Teachers.
