DONATION POLICIES

For a list of items we never acceptgo here. Is your item not on this list? Please call us at (503) 249-9933 before you drop off your donation to see if it is something we can take – if we are not able to accept your donation, we’ll do our best to refer you to another organization that could.

Please note that as of Nov 1, 2018 we are temporarily not accepting items that are crossed out, and we are in need of items in bold. Thank you!

Basic School Supplies ::

Backpacks, Pencils, pens, crayons, markers, colored pencils, glue bottles, glue sticks, pink erasers, pencil cap erasers, pocket folders, loose leaf paper, spiral notebooks, composition books, scissors, rulers, compasses, protractors, pencil boxes/pouches, highlighters, permanent markers (Sharpies), dry erase markers.

 

Office Supplies ::

3-ring binders, binder clips, clip boards, desk organizers (in/out trays and paper sorters), electric staplers/pencil sharpeners, hole Punch (1 or 3-hole), index cards, legal pads, notepads, paper clips, Post-It notes, rubber bands, staple removers, staplers, staples, tape (masking, packaging, scotch) , tape dispensers (desktop), white-out/correction tape

Incentives ::

Book covers, coloring & activity books, current calendars/day planners, covered binders, unused hygiene items (Kleenex, disinfecting wipes, hand sanitizer, toothpaste, shampoo), stickers , journals, small toys and prizes. 

Arts & Crafts ::

Chalk , construction paper/ art paper, easels, frames, oil pastels, paint (acrylic, tempera, watercolors), paint brushes, rubber stamps, yarn/ribbon

Stationery ::

Copy paper reams (blank) – 8.5 x 11, any color; envelopes, greeting cards.

Filing ::

Dividers, expansion files, hanging files, file folders, labels, report covers, sheet protectors, tabs

Classroom Materials ::

Children’s books, reference books, dictionaries, games, graph paper, National Geographic magazines, novels (appropriate for high school students), puzzles, calculators,  Teacher Resources
