The small actions of our volunteers create a huge impact inside Portland’s classrooms. Every pencil, notebook, crayon, etc., that volunteers touch will eventually wind up in the hands of a student who otherwise may not have had the tools needed to learn. Our volunteers don’t have to ask if they’re making a difference. They know they are.
