THE FREE STORE FOR TEACHERS

Our Free Store is at the core of our mission to serve students and teachers. It’s where we house the essential tools and school supplies that cycle directly into Portland classrooms. Our Free Store is open to every teacher in the Portland Public School system.

A RESOURCE HAVEN FOR TEACHERS

Open September - June 1
Our Free Store is open to all 3,000 teachers in the Portland Public Schools, including alternative and chapter programs. Each school is assigned 8 shopping weeks throughout the year (September - June).

EARN SHOPPING TRIPS

Teachers and local non-profits can earn shopping certificates by volunteering to pick up donations from local businesses and dropping them off at Schoolhouse Supplies. There is no minimum number of trips required, so contact us today to sign up and start earning free shopping trips.VOLUNTEER NOW!
