Shopping Instructions

• Take a clipboard and pen.

• Take a box and a shopping cart for your goodies.

• Collect products for your classroom. Each product has its own limit that is posted above the item on the shelves.

• Write the quantity for the basic supplies that you are taking (these are the ones already filled out for you). Write the product name and quantity of any additional items you are taking (please use only the lines provided).

• Shop till you drop and give a yell if you have any questions!

• When you're done, give your shopping form to our front desk attendant. Make sure you filled in the necessary information at the top of the form and signed the bottom of the form.

• Don’t forget to thank our donors with your “Thank You” assignment!
